Groupe ISCAE was founded in 1971 by the late His Majesty King Hassan II to meet a growing need for high-potential leaders, enabling talented graduates from diverse social backgrounds and different regions of the Kingdom to access quality training in management.
Groupe ISCAE is a public higher education institution, outside the university system, operating under the supervision of the Ministry of Industry and Trade. Several key milestones have marked its history: the opening of ISCAE Rabat in 1995, the transition to Groupe ISCAE in 2007 with the enactment of Law 13.06 governing its operation, and the creation of the CEDOC in 2010 to strengthen its contribution to management research.
Over its 54 years of existence, this jewel of management education in Morocco has reinforced its experience and its leading position — ranked first in Morocco today by Campus Mag magazine based on a survey conducted by the DIORH consultancy.
Groupe ISCAE comprises two higher education and research institutions: the Higher Institute of Commerce and Business Administration of Casablanca and the Higher Institute of Commerce and Business Administration of Rabat.
