The Specialised Master's in "Business Law and Taxation" addresses the growing interest in these two areas. Integrating taxation into law represents a new positioning for this advanced program, which combines law and taxation to better grasp the challenges of the business and management world.
Thanks to the richness and diversity of the subjects taught, this program thoroughly prepares students for competitive exams for the bar, notary public, and civil service. Graduates are well-suited to hold positions as experienced business lawyers, as high-performing tax specialists and as legal directors, or to establish their own legal and tax consulting firm.

Applied professional thesis
The professional thesis is a fundamental component of the program. Each participant develops a set of concrete and operational recommendations for a company's management, addressing a real legal or tax issue.
Supervised by a faculty advisor and informed by the entire Master's curriculum, it is defended before a jury of professors and professionals. It accounts for 50% of the final grade.

Teaching Methods
The approach is dynamic and interactive, based onself-directed learning (the participant's ability to seek original solutions to encountered problems) andcollaborative learning (collective processing of the same problem within "learning groups" supervised by a facilitator). The emphasis is on autonomy, individual and collective responsibility, and group reflection on concrete case studies.
Total Program Hours: 460 hours, divided between technical seminars (240 h) and the professional thesis (220 h), in addition to thesis supervision, individualized support, and defenses.
Assessment
The curriculum is divided into two semesters, with grades on a scale of 0 to 20. Each semester concludes with written examinations (3 hours), and the program ends with a final examination (5 hours). The professional thesis accounts for 50% of the final grade.
Attendance is mandatory: beyond 10% unjustified absences, no distinction will be awarded; beyond 20%, the Master's degree will not be granted. General Average: MG = (N1S + N2S + 2 NTP) / 4.
Target Professions
The program prepares students for high-level legal and tax positions and for competitive examinations for the bar, the notary profession, and the civil service.
Programme structure
Teaching is delivered on campus. These arrangements may change depending on the health guidelines in force.
Faculty
Courses are taught by ISCAE and higher education professors, chartered accountants, qualified professionals and practitioners (business leaders, consultants, legal and tax advisors), business lawyers, and notaries public.
Professional thesis
Applied project supervised by a tutor professor, defended before a jury of professors and professionals.
