The Director General
Groupe ISCAE is led by Prof. Tarik EL MALKI, Director General, who drives the institution's academic, scientific and international development strategy across its Casablanca and Rabat campuses.
A holder of a PhD in Economics from the University of the Mediterranean Aix-Marseille II, Prof. Tarik EL MALKI joined Groupe ISCAE in 2011 as a faculty member and researcher, before taking up its general management.

A career in the service of higher education
Prof. Tarik EL MALKI brings extensive experience in the fields of higher education and management within public administration. A faculty member and researcher at Groupe ISCAE since 2011, he was appointed in 2016 as Director of Development, International Relations and Communication of the Group.
He then became Director of the Institut Supérieur de Commerce et d'Administration des Entreprises de Rabat (ISCAE-Rabat), a position he has held since January 2019, before accessing the General Management of Groupe ISCAE.
Beyond his roles within the Group, Prof. EL MALKI was notably in charge of Development and Communication at the Centre Marocain de Conjoncture. He is also President of the Observatory of Corporate Social Responsibility in Morocco (ORSEM), the first observatory dedicated to CSR in Morocco.
Works and publications
Prof. Tarik EL MALKI has published numerous articles and books on the national economy, corporate social responsibility, sustainable development and entrepreneurship. He regularly contributes to the media within the framework of national debates on economic and social matters. Among his books:
