Groupe ISCAE is led by Pr. Tarik EL MALKI, Managing Director, who spearheads the institution's academic, scientific, and international development strategy across its Casablanca and Rabat campuses.
With a PhD in Economics from Université de la Méditerranée Aix-Marseille II, Pr. Tarik EL MALKI joined Groupe ISCAE in 2011 as a faculty researcher, before being appointed Managing Director.

A career path dedicated to higher education
Pr. Tarik EL MALKI brings extensive experience in the fields of higher education and management within public administration. A faculty researcher at Groupe ISCAE since 2011, he was appointed in 2016 Director of Development, International Relations, and Communication of the Group.
He then became Director of the Higher Institute of Commerce and Business Administration of Rabat (ISCAE-Rabat), a position he held since January 2019, before being appointed Managing Director of Groupe ISCAE.
Beyond his roles within the Group, Pr. EL MALKI has notably served as Head of Development and Communication for the Moroccan Center for Economic Analysis. He is also president of theObservatory for Corporate Social Responsibility in Morocco (ORSEM), the first observatory dedicated to CSR in Morocco.
Works and Publications
Pr. Tarik EL MALKI has published numerous articles and books focusing on the national economy, corporate social responsibility, sustainable development, and entrepreneurship. He regularly appears in the media as part of national economic and social debates. Among his works:
