Human Resources Management and Transformation
HR Management and Transformation
The Master's in Human Resources Management and Transformation offers a comprehensive approach to mastering the skills required to design and implement the general policy of private and public institutions, in keeping with their development and the challenges of the 21st century. Transformation is addressed as an ongoing strategic process aimed at modernising HR management and adapting it to technological, social and economic changes. Managing HR processes, supporting the institution's objectives for growth, competitiveness and innovation: these are the challenges facing managers confronted with the demands of AI. This new programme is part of an agile upskilling approach for HR managers and for professionals and consultants seeking to acquire know-how and practices aligned with the vision of organisations, while enhancing the employee experience by creating an environment conducive to the balance between performance requirements and a CSR policy.
