Objectives

Strategy and Project Management

The Specialized Master's Degree in Strategy and Project Management at Groupe ISCAE aims to train professionals capable of structuring, leading, and transforming projects with high strategic stakes in complex and evolving environments. The program combines international project management standards (PMBOK®, Prince2, Agile, Lean) with a strategic, human, and digital approach.

The Professional Thesis

Applied Professional Thesis

Participants must complete a professional thesis applied to a project related to their company, sector, and activity. This work is supervised by an ISCAE professor.

A research methodology seminar and six coaching sessions are scheduled. The defense takes place before a jury composed of professors and professionals.

Assessment Methods

Validation of coursework by a minimum average of 12/20 per module. Obtaining a grade below 8/20 in a subject requires a retake in the second session.

Assessment is based on continuous assessment, the final exam, attendance, and participation. The program concludes with the defense of the professional thesis.
