The aim of the programme is to enable students, by the end of their studies, to master the tools, concepts, principles and methods of management as well as all aspects of organizational management.
It also helps develop the personal abilities required to take on the role of a versatile, creative and innovative executive, in step with the demands of the business world in a context of globalization.
This programme enables the student to:
Programme structure
6 semesters structured around a common core, specialization tracks, corporate internships and a final-year dissertation.
Common core
24 course units covering general management knowledge. The student understands the external environment of the company, the technical aspects of its management and the human dimensions. Delivered over the first three semesters (S1, S2, S3).
Specialization
Advanced courses in the chosen track: specialty courses, cross-disciplinary teaching and methodology. Delivered over the final three semesters (S4, S5, S6). The S6 semester is devoted to the internship and the final-year dissertation.
Internships & Dissertation
Three corporate internships over the 3 years: two of 2 to 3 months and one of 4 to 6 months. The final-year dissertation is the culmination of the final internship, solving a real management problem submitted by a company.

The ISCAE Grande École programme is open, by competitive examination, to:
Mathematics/physics preparatory classes: the examination has two stages — pre-selection based on the CNC written results and oral tests.
