Group ISCAE and the General Tax Directorate Strengthen Their Cooperation on Skills Development
Group ISCAE (Institut Supérieur de Commerce et d’Administration des Entreprises) and the Direction Générale des Impôts (DGI, Morocco’s General Tax Directorate) have announced a framework partnership agreement aimed at strengthening their cooperation in training, skills development, and support for public sector transformation.
Through this agreement, Group ISCAE confirms its commitment to promoting human capital and helping public institutions develop their skills. The partnership is also in line with Group ISCAE’s strategy of opening up to its socio-economic and institutional environment.
The collaboration between the two parties will cover, in particular:
- The design and implementation of training programs tailored to the specific needs of the DGI;
- The delivery of tailor-made degree, certification, and continuing education programs;
- The organization of conferences and scientific events;
- The hosting of Group ISCAE students for practical internships or end-of-studies placements;
- The joint identification of training needs and the development of programs that address the challenges of modernizing and transforming the tax administration.
According to Prof. Tarik EL MALKI, Director General of Group ISCAE: “This agreement reflects the Group’s commitment to promoting human capital and supporting public institutions in developing their skills.” He stressed the Group’s willingness to place its educational expertise at the service of tax administration executives, as part of a lasting cooperation.
Under this partnership, Group ISCAE will draw on its expertise in instructional design and its network of specialized instructors to design and deliver training suited to the requirements of the DGI’s managers and senior executives. These actions may include continuing education programs, tailor-made training, Executive MBAs, specialized Master’s programs, and specialized certificates.
The agreement also provides for the creation of a joint coordination committee responsible for monitoring the implementation of cooperation activities, preparing action plans, and ensuring the conditions for the partnership’s success.
Concluded for a period of five years and renewable by tacit agreement, the agreement reflects Group ISCAE’s determination to contribute actively to skills development, the dissemination of knowledge, and the strengthening of synergies with Moroccan public institutions.
ISCAE-Rabat Puts Its Expertise at the Service of Training
This training program will be delivered by ISCAE-Rabat, headed by Prof. Fouad MACHROUH, Director of the Institute, under the academic supervision of Prof. Karim AARAB. The Institute will oversee the educational and logistical organization of the training, drawing on its expertise in executive education.
Intended for managers and senior executives of the General Tax Directorate, the training is divided into three cycles and focuses on acquiring and refining precise, specialized skills. It will welcome 499 participants, divided into several groups, and will take place in multiple training centers across Morocco, including Casablanca, Rabat, Fez, and Marrakech.
