Group ISCAE Welcomes Its New Cohorts

Group ISCAE kicked off the 2026-2027 academic year with a welcome day held at ISCAE-Casablanca. The event brought together the management team, faculty researchers, programme heads and students of the new cohorts.
The day was an opportunity to welcome the new students and to recall the standards of an institution that has trained, since 1971, executives and leaders capable of supporting the transformations of their time.
Held under the banner of excellence, commitment and ambition, this new academic year marks the start of a new journey for the entire ISCAE community.
A message of commitment and success
The ceremony was chaired by Prof. Tarik EL MALKI, Director General of Group ISCAE. In his address, he welcomed the students and encouraged them to invest fully in their university journey.
He also recalled the values that guide Group ISCAE’s action, before extending his best wishes for success to the entire community for the 2026-2027 academic year.
For her part, Prof. Salima DEBBARH MOUNIR, Director of ISCAE-Casablanca, stressed that studying at ISCAE should not be seen as a mere academic path leading to a degree, but as a genuine transformative experience:
“Studying at ISCAE should not be seen as a mere academic path leading to a degree. It should be a transformative experience: a transformation of knowledge into skills, but also a transformation of mindset, one that favours interaction, reflection and initiative-taking.”
Prof. Mohamed Amine ISSAMI, Director of Development, International Relations and Communication of Group ISCAE, also spoke to emphasise the importance of commitment, rigour and openness in the training of future managers and decision-makers.
Prof. Adil BAMI, Deputy Academic Director, also took the floor to present the main orientations of the academic year. He stressed the importance of consistent work and involvement in academic life as conditions for success, and invited students to make the most of the academic support available to them.
Programmes presented to students
The ceremony took place in the presence of Prof. Adil BAMI, Deputy Academic Director, the heads of departments and the entire faculty.
The heads of the various programmes presented the training programmes, the educational objectives and the main stages of the curriculum. These exchanges allowed the new students to better understand their academic environment and to approach their studies with a clearer view of the requirements and opportunities ahead.
Encouraging student entrepreneurship
Ms. Kenza TAHIRI, Innovation Program Manager, Governance & CSR, Bank of Africa Group, also took part in the welcome day.
She presented the Blue Space incubator and the opportunities offered to students to develop their ideas, start businesses and bring their projects to life. Her talk highlighted the incubator’s role in supporting young entrepreneurs and the resources available to them.
The alumni network alongside the new cohorts
Mr. Mehdi KABBAJ, President of ISCAE Alumni, also spoke to welcome the new students. He recalled the graduates’ attachment to their school and their commitment to supporting the new cohorts throughout their studies and their entry into professional life.
A rich student life
The President of the Student Union also welcomed the new cohorts. He presented the various aspects of student life and highlighted the opportunities for involvement offered by clubs and associations.
These spaces contribute to students’ personal growth, the development of their skills and their immersion in the social and cultural life of the campus.
Training tomorrow’s decision-makers
Through its two campuses in Casablanca and Rabat, and thanks to a network of more than 15,000 alumni, Group ISCAE continues its mission: to train managers and decision-makers of excellence, rooted in their environment and open to the world.
These are profiles called upon to support economic and social transformations and to meet the challenges facing Morocco and Africa.
