Groupe ISCAE has reached a major milestone in its digital transformation by signing a partnership agreement with the Ministry of Digital Transition and Administration Reform, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and the Ministry of Economy and Finance.

This agreement aims to support Groupe ISCAE in modernizing its information system and accelerating its digital transformation. It is part of a broader effort to strengthen institutional performance, optimize processes, and improve the quality of services provided to its students, teaching staff, researchers, employees, and partners.

Through this partnership, the parties will establish a cooperation framework to design and roll out Groupe ISCAE’s digital transformation projects, namely:
● The deployment of an integrated, interoperable, scalable, and secure information system
● The modernization and optimization of business, academic, and administrative processes
● Change management support, including strengthened digital skills and the gradual adoption of new tools by teams
A Three-Year Roadmap
Set to run for three years, the agreement follows a gradual, structured approach. Actions will be rolled out in several phases: an audit and skills mapping, a pilot deployment, and then a broader rollout. The entire process will be steered using performance and user-adoption indicators, to ensure a lasting transformation that combines technological, organizational, and human dimensions.
Dedicated Governance for Rigorous Oversight
To steer and monitor the agreement, a Steering Committee and a Monitoring Committee have been established. The framework also includes change-management support mechanisms. This governance structure will help anticipate difficulties, ensure regular follow-up, and encourage the adoption of new tools and processes.
