Groupe ISCAE celebrates the graduation ceremony of the first cohort of the ‘Passerelles’ program with BMCI

Groupe ISCAE had the honor of celebrating, alongside BMCI’s Human Resources Department, the certificate award ceremony for the first cohort of the ‘Passerelles’ program.

Launched a few months ago in partnership with Groupe ISCAE, this continuing education program has enabled about twenty BMCI employees to broaden their skills, explore new career prospects, and prepare for advancement into Corporate or Retail banking roles within the Bank.

Over several months, these participants followed a comprehensive and demanding curriculum, combining academic rigor with the operational demands of the banking sector, before receiving their program completion certificate today.

“This program perfectly illustrates our mission: to support Moroccan companies in human capital development and enable everyone to unleash their full potential,” emphasizes Tarik EL MALKI, Directeur Général of Groupe ISCAE.

This ceremony marks an important milestone in the strategic partnership between Groupe ISCAE and BMCI, and demonstrates the shared commitment of both institutions to continuing education and the sustainable employability of Moroccan talent.
