Specialized Master's
Human Resources Management and Transformation
Human Resources Management
In a context marked by profound organisational change, the Human Resources function has become an indispensable strategic driver of performance and value creation. In uncertain, competitive, and constantly evolving environments, organisations — both public and private — now expect far more than an operational role from HR professionals: they must be strategic partners, capable of anticipating change, managing it effectively, and steering human capital as a genuine competitive advantage. It is from this perspective that the Specialized Master's in Human Resources Management was designed. Through a professional, practice-based approach rooted in Moroccan business realities, this master's enables participants to move from a support HR function to a strategic HR function that creates lasting value for the organisation.
