On Wednesday, May 20, 2026, Tarik EL MALKI and Mohamed Amine ISSAMI participated in the Global Growth Conference 2026, organized by Amadeus Institute in Rabat under the theme: “Structuring Growth: Turning Uncertainty into Opportunity”. This high-level international conference brought together over 100 speakers and more than 1,000 participants from over 50 countries, including public decision-makers, representatives of international financial institutions, investors, and private sector leaders.
In a global context marked by geopolitical tensions, economic fragmentation, and the reconfiguration of global value chains, discussions focused on new levers for sustainable and resilient growth for Africa and countries of the Global South. The proceedings of the GGC 2026 particularly emphasized the financing and structuring of growth in Africa, industrial development and the integration of value chains, as well as the energy transition as a driver of economic resilience. The exchanges also highlighted the strategic role of Morocco as a platform for stability, investment, and partnership between Africa and international markets, in accordance with the Vision of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, May God Glorify Him.
The participation of the Director General of Groupe ISCAE, Pr Tarik EL MALKI, and Pr ISSAMI Mohamed Amine, Director in charge of Development, International Relations, and Communication, illustrates the commitment of Groupe ISCAE to international strategic reflections related to economic development, innovation, international cooperation, and the transformation of African economies. This edition follows the work of the Global Growth Conférence 2025, which led to the adoption of the “Rabat Roadmap on Financing Growth and Energy Transition,” which has become a reference framework for supporting growth and economic transition policies in Africa.
